I've purchased a lot of stuff from Harbor Freight. You definitely
have to be careful about what you buy, but yep, they do have some
serviceable stuff. I didn't even realize they had brick and mortar
stores - I assumed they were mail order only. :-) To be able to
browse would be pretty nice!
Heh - Just ask Ed - a few years ago when we were on a trip back from
Oshkosh, he made the mistake of allowing me to stop in at a Northern
Tool outlet in Milwaukee (Algonquin for "the good land"), ;-) and his
QC was riding low on the way home! Hehehe!
