I have a 93 5 speed DAK. I was able to get 118K out of my front brakes and
now I have ~70K on my 2nd set and they seem fine. My rear brakes are the
originals with
about 185K on them! I do mostly highway driving and downshift to stop.
When I had my fronts replaced the shop tried to talk me into new rotors and I
told them no. I havent had any noise or shaking/pulling problems. Its like
their brand new.
