ok. i think you're right Ray. its got to be a 3.90 rear. my measurement of
the tires are changing the calculation somewhat. if i use the calculators
that ask for
a tire's spec rather then diameter, i get more reliable results.

so is the 3.90 rear good for acceleration (track)? what rear diff
would be better suited for the track?
and does the change in rear make the truck not good a daily driver?
