No offense taken Ray. The clutch fan just weighs a ton and with all that
weight off, the engine spins much easier. My clutch fan works fine, just
appreciated the increased gas mileage.

Not doubting you Rick, just gonna suggest that maybe your clutch fan wasn't
disengaging like it's supposed to. I've had a number of cars with them and
if they were working properly they never cost any performance or mileage. I
have seen bad ones too that will really suck power.
