Thought I'd post this to the list..been fighting it for awhile. first
here are the specs on my truck

96 Sport 5spd, 2/4 drop. 2000 Durango rims. Stock 93 3.9l Block, rods,
pistons. Turned/polished crank, KRC port/polished heads, Double Roller
Chain, KRC200 Cam(200/206-504/512 112ls), Mopar R/T springs, 1.6Mopar RR,
Ported and powdercoated intake manifold, Custom Fastman 50mm TB, 14x3 K&N.
1993 HO manifolds and Y pipe, Catco cat, 3in exhaust, Flowmaster with cuda
tips, IAT adjuster MSD6a, BlasterSS coil, MSD 8.5mm wires, asp underdrive
pulley, 1993 return style fuel system. 24# FMS inj, Hurst Shifter,
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch, 3.90 gears w/ suregrip. Front/Rear
Suspention Technique sway bars, nitrous express kit

Anyways, when the trucks warmed up it has a nasty hesitation at about 4800
rpm's when at wot. It was 10x worse before and i replace the Crank position
sensor and that helped alot but it still is there. I've messed with my fuel
sync with a scan tool and tried it at a few different settings, really no
change. I thought maybe the 24lb'rs screwed up my upstream o2...but that
wouldnt not explain why it only does it at wot...the truck really pulls top
end...but it just kills its charge when ya hit this hesitation... my nextmod
is gonna be an ASE flash soon as I get another spare computer. You guys
have any ideas on whats going on?

thanks
