I don't think it's because of the war. The way I read it, they have
something else in the works (maybe a "professional" publication, or
maybe they got a nudge from some lawyers that their work was not
appreciated) and they're letting the site drop off the face of the 'net
entirely very soon. The domain registration doesn't expire until
October; they're pulling the plug intentionally on it.
Unless the main operator is being called up to duty?
