Hey Doug
  I'm in PG county too. They just put this different form of testing for
obd2 vehicles into effect a little less than a year ago. I went for
emissions last march and had the tredmill test, but I know when a buddy of
mine went in may he just had the scanner test.

What kinda of pcm program were you running that it was rich enough to wash
out a ring??
