Here in NJ, they installed dyno's in all the state inspection stations a
few years ago. And alot of the private stations did the same. I think
they ran like $40k a pop. Now they are going to get rid of the dyno test
and all these private places are screwed out of $40k and stuck with
dyno's they'll never use.
