I just found this link for a Saab 2 stage thermo switch. Does anyone
think that it might work with the viper fan? They suggest using a 180
degree thermostat with it. The low speed comes on at 180 and the high
speed comes on at 194.

My 94 Escort worked like that. You may want to check the price on the switch
for it-price may or may not be better.
