A one way vacuum check valve does not know the difference between part
throttle and full throttle. The WOT a/c cutout that I was talking about
is when the power to the compressor clutch is temporarily cut to
disengage the power robbing effects of the a/d system. The check valve
keeps vacuum applied until the controls are turned off or until the
truck is shut off.
