yep, the R/T bumps the governor and removes the rev limiter, the ACR package
has nothin. I've got a friend with an ACR...didn't even come with a radio
when he ordered it. damn is it quick though! Last week he took out a
supercharged civic si in a street race. (don't worry, we were on a closed
road)
