Has anyone considered a thermostat and relay kit from Painless Performance?

Anyone know why one of these kits wouldn't work ok as a starting point?
These kits aren't exactly configured for 2-speed fans or AC but you do have
a choice of thermostats and the wiring, relay and circuit breaker. Kit
sells for 59.99 at Jeg's and Summit.
