EVENT: Spring Fling 2003
LOCATION: D-C Brampton Assembly Plant
North side of Williams Pkwy between
Torbram Rd and Airport RD
Bramalea, Ontario
TIME: 9 a.m. with judging at noon and awards
at approx. 3 p.m.
The show is open to all model year Chrysler/AMC vehicles
with unlimited parking for participants, vendors & spectators.
Goody bags and dash plaques for first 200 participants.
Door prizes. Disk jockey, food concessions, special
interest vehicles.
30 Class Champion awards. At least two classes for Dakotas:
Stock and Modified. Grand Champion Award - 3' trophy + $100 cash.
Chrysler Canada Award - 3' trophy + $50 puck and ball certificate
(got me!) + $50 cash. Galt Chrysler Award - 3' trophy + $100 cash.
Participants are eligible to win a set of Bridgestone/Firestone tires.
Show car and occupants - $20, vendors - $25, spectators - $2
All in Canadian dollars.
I'm not connected with either sponsors, D-C Canada Inc. or
the Mopar Performance Group Car Club but have gone in past
years and it is a top-notch event.
