It looks like RS99147 is the RS9000X for the rear of a 97-01 2WD
Dakota at stock height. Then, according to the interchange sheet,
it's RS9147.

(You can check yourself -- look at the first pdf to find the RS9000X
for your truck, then find that on the interchange sheet)
