SVT = Special Vehicle Team - the shop that cranks out the Cobras, hi-po
factory Focus, etc.

The only truck I'm aware of Ford SVT kicking out is the Lightning, but
that should say Lightning right on the front fenders and you'd probably
know it was a L anyway (plus the fact that it'd beat you in a race,
sorry to say).

Since you dusted him, either it was some other package (or maybe just
badges and nothing more) or he wasn't trying.
