You might want to measure at the bottom of the pinch weld, that's how they
measured mine and leveled it out when they lowered it and it looks great.
As far as bushings that would be able to influence the right height of the
truck, the only ones that I can think of are the ones that sit atop the
coils in front so that they don't scrape around in the frame pockets.
And, since you're measuring from the frame to the ground, the body mounts
wouldn't really effect the measurements at all. However, since you're only
off 3/4", you might want to give the tire pressures a once over. Being a
little high in one and low in the other would definately cause a height
difference, possibly even 3/4".
