I've seen that site along with many others but i have gotten no where with my truck! Ray you know the columbus area pretty good. I have been taking it to spitzer but they have screwed me one to many times (they even messed with my sister about the situation till i went with her to pick her car up...they suddenly backed off! (I'm great at arguing)
Then i won't take it to Bob caldwell b/c they have damaged my dak once.
any others left? Trader Budd seems good on the west side (but i don't like that they are 5 star rated)

Look here... http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Flats/6183/todo.html
Then find a more concerned/responsive dealer! It's not new news. A good
dealer will try to help you. The more noise you make about it the better
your chances of Dodge taking care of it. There are customer satisfaction
programs in place to cover things like this that reduce or eliminate the
burden on the dealership.
