Not that I know of. From what I've been able to find on the web
(not much mind you) the partially electronic control (44RE) prevents
putting in a manual valve body.

Thanks. Let me think about it for awhile. IF WOT is somehow
the triggering cause then my understanding is that the computer
considers WOT mode to be about the 75% throttle plate opening.
I would guess that it probably varies from truck to truck so whether
the stopper is a mechanical or an electronic device it would be better
if it were adjustable. Just thinking out loud.

I can just see the headlines, "senior citizen beaten up in the staging
lanes ". Nowhere does it say in the rules that you HAVE TO run your
fastest :-) The current Street Class leader has done it to me twice
... did I mention how much I detest loud, white, 12 sec., 69 Beaumonts
and he trailers it to the track to boot!
