There is a very easy way to do this. First, go around
under the truck and loosen all bolts until about 2
threads remain in place. Then get a floor jack with a
peice of 2x4 laid long ways on it to keep from bending
sheet metal. Place the floor jack under one side of
the cab and pick up that side enough to slide out the
old bushings and slip in the new ones, two threads on
the bolts again. Remove jack, repeat operation on the
other side and finally tighten all bolts to stock
torque specs. Whole deal takes about an hour this way
rather than trying it the way the FSM says.
