Those are air intakes. I've seen a couple around here (or maybe it was
the same one several times), but you'd have to be nuts to drive
something like that here in the snowbelt.
The front brake rotors looked far too small.
As far as "not too slow off the line" put it next to a stock Lightning
or Ram SRT-10 (both in the neighborhood, price-wise) and try saying that
again. Bang for the buck just isn't there.
