I wish they would let me replace the rear one like that. The rubber that
goes around it (if you have a later Gen II with a slider you know what I
mean) is in horrible shape no matter what I put on it. I just want a
Powerslider.

Check with your insureance companies.. most of them(if written into your
policy) provide a free(or minimal charge) for a front windshield
replacement
each year.
Mine allows me a new windshield on each vehicle on my policy, every
year.
