As rumored, cross "drilled" rotors are crack susceptible. High quality
rotors have the cross holes CAST into the rotor, not drilled. I think the
good OEM Porsche's come that way. Big $$ though, I don't know what
aftermarket brand does that.
I plan on upgrading to slotted rotors ad good pads when due.
