From a road racer, who's knowledge and experiance I trust greatly.
"I know it's supposed to look cool, but why do so many people buy cross
drilled rotors? Autocrossers certainly don't need cooler brakes, just
the opposite, plus why pay extra to have stress-risers built into your
rotors?
Oh and before someone points out the fact that Porsche provides them on
the 911 Turbo, you should know that the big red turbo brake rotors have
the holes CAST into them, not drilled... "
