I got my cross drilling done by road racers(Porterfield Racing). They get a
full season out of theirs on a GT1 car which is pretty heavy and abusive to
the brakes. Chamfering the drilled holes as they do eliminates many of the
micro cracks which serve as starters for larger cracks.
