Sorry Tom, but 235/75/15 and 235/75/16 are different diameters. 235 is
the width and and 75 is the aspect ratio - 235mm tread width, and the
sidewall is 75% as high as the tread is wide. So if you increase your
rim diameter, you'll have to increase the sidewall height to keep the
aspect ratio the same.
According to the DML tire calculator, 235/75/15 is exactly 1 inch
shorter than 235/75/16.
