Ok, gang... Since summer's here, that means one thing for me: mountain
biking. Specifically chairlift-accessed, downhill, big jump, nutso riding
at Whistler mountain here in BC.
Thing is, the road to Whistler is a very twisty highway, and being that my
truck has NO swaybars at all, I'm getting a little tired of feeling like I'm
on two wheels around some of the tighter corners. I want a front and rear
bar, the bigger the better, for a GenII 2wd, and full poly bushings. I was
thinking of going with Addco, since they make a 1-1/8" front bar kit, and a
reasonably large 7/8" rear bar kit. I e-mailed them monday, and am a little
disappointed that they have yet to get back to me, but I'll see. Does
Suspension Techniques make a front swaybar for a GenII? Their website isn't
up, and I don't much feel like calling 'em. I checked Hellwig and Hotchkis,
and they either don't make a front bar, or don't make anything for the
GenII's.
Any opinions on Addco bars? Any other companies that I've neglected to
mention?
