I used the 10" Edelbrock on my truck a long time ago...doesn't work as
well as the Intake tube setup and is prone to heat soak in the summer.

One more thing, I was using a 10" set up on my truck. Have you thought
about using a 10" set up on your 3.9? Also, the air cleaner from
Edelbrock does have the fitting for the vent hose.
