It stated ALL ASSOCIATES! Well i was thinking of just sticking it out only b/c everyone is at company conference all next week in palm springs and i am the only one here at the office in columbus, OH the entire week... Plus i really need unemployment b/c i've been looking hard for a job since feb. and found nothing...

        Did the memo say that eligible employees would get the raise or did it say
        ALL employees? Make sure you get a copy of the employee handbook. If you walk
        out, you could jeopardize your eligibility for unemployment. Even if the
        meeting doesn't go the way you like, I'd stick it out for another week. You
        should be able to collect at that point since they are laying you off. And you
        could still pursue a claim against them for the raise if you have a case.
