   Pause the video playback on the frame you want to capture, and making
sure that you've got the Windows Media Player window selected, press
Alt-Print Screen. Then go to your image editing software and paste.
You will need to use the image editing software to crop the media player
border itself out if you don't want it.

  The above is how I created the video thumbnails for the DML BBQ
meet reports, video section of the DML home page, etc.
