Timing Chain replacement help?

I have developed a rather loud motor over the past 6 months and am hoping that it's just the timing chain (56K on the motor). So as soon as I get back from vacation (next week) I plan on replacing it myself...since I don't have a job to come back too...Which double chain do you recommend, MP or Hughes? Do I need a new tensioner, archives were kind of confusing about some retro-fit working and not working with the double chain on the V6. Can someone tell me all the parts I will need to do a complete job as well as tools I will need. Also, does anyone have a good how-to written up on how to do this. I was reading in the archive and saw some problems with the crank bolt being stripped. Can anyone give me some tips to avoid this.
