Not hard if you're comfortable with disassembling your valve body and
doing some grinding and drilling on it. The other option is grabbing a
custom built valve body from: http://www.apsprecision.com. Shift Kit
and other upgrades included.

What is involved in installing a trans-go kit? Is this a "professional
only" job? Do I need to road trip down to see Bernd? I asked at my
local dealer and they had never heard of it...
