'03 air conditioning temperature

Anyone else w/ an '03 get the feeling their a/c isn't really that cold?
  I haven't put a thermometer in the vents but it really seems like my
'03 blows warmer air when I'm running the a/c than my '99 did. The
temperature inside the truck gets to a decent level of cool after I've
run the a/c for a while but it just doesn't seem as good as my old truck
was.

And yes I have put the vent on "recirculate" - it helps some but not
tremendously.
