On my 92 the steering boot is RIGHT next to the lower control arm bolt. To
get the bolt out you have to pull the boot down so the bolt head doesnt rip
it, and even then its a close fit. If they just started pounding on the
control arm bolt without thinking where it was coming out, then they should
eat that cost.
