OT: wet floor on Pontiac Sunfire

Hey all,
On my Sunfire, the passenger's floor becomes wet. The dealer has looked for
the source of the problem, but couldn't find it. The floor had been dry for
a week, until I used my A/C again today, then when I made a turn, I happened
to glance down and there's five streams of water dripping down from the left
side of the passenger "compartment" (over by the radio, and HVAC controls).
Upon getting to my parents' house, my mother felt around in there, (smaller
hands, shorter fingers), and she says there's a "box" under the plastic that
is hot on one side, and the water is coming out of the other side. This
makes me think heater core, except for two things: it only seems to lose
water when the A/C has been used, and there's no antifreeze smell.
Any insight would be much appreciated. This is what I get for buying a
General Mess car
