Easy swap. The 318 is internally balanced. The 360 is balanced with the
harmonic balancer on the front of the motor and weight on either the torque
converter (360 Magnum 93-95) or on the flexplate (360 Magnum 96 and up). You can
use your 318 torque converter, but you'll need to have the correct weights
welded to it if you want to use your flexplate. If you can get a '96 and
flexplate, you can use your 318 torque converter as is.

Your heads and all of your other accessories will bolt on, no problem. Comp
Cam, Crane, Crower, Mopar are all decent for cams and rockers.
