OT: Lemoning a Chrysler

Hey all,
My dad's hoping to have his 2002 Chrysler Voyager lemoned out.
Here's a (quick) rundown:
-- Less than 1,000 miles, it went to the dealer because it shuddered
horribly in reverse on a slight hill (I was the winner of *that* first-time
experience, parallel-parking it on a hill, the day he got it!)
The dealer had the van for three days, finally said they believed the TCM
was the culprit, and replaced it.
-- Less than 8,000, it went in for shuddering again, this time while
starting off on any terrain in Drive, the air conditioner blew warm air, and
the tailgate sometimes would catch, and not open. I believe they replaced
the valve body, condenser, and tailgate latch that time.
-- Less than 22,000, the airbag light comes on while driving. Chrysler
replaced the air bag harness this time.
-- Tonight, at less than 25,000, he started it to move it, and it ran
horribly, stumbling and running roughly. He turned the air conditioner on
to cool the interior, and the van promptly stalled, and the MIL illuminated.
Codes pulled indicated "Battery disconnected within last 50 starts," and
"Multiple cylinder misfire."

I should also mention that the van still shudders when starting off, and the
air conditioner still doesn't work well at all. The A/C on my 6-year-old
Sunfire stomps all over it.

Maine's Lemon Law indicates that, in order to be classified as a lemon, the
vehicle has to meet one of these criteria:
1) The dealership has had the car in three or more times in attempts to
solve a defect or group of defects, or
2) The vehicle has been out of service for fifteen or more days due to
defects.

I believe it's been in for the A/C twice as yet, and it has been twice for
shuddering (once for while in reverse, once while in Drive). Once again,
the van still shudders intermittently when starting off.

Do you guys think he has a chance of getting it lemoned? I do, with some
help.
Thanks!
