I've had State Farm since I've been driving (12+ years). I've had no
problems with them, albiet after a few accidents I had 10 years ago, but
things got straightened out. If you were to go with ANY insurance company,
make sure they don't require a personal visit to investigate claims. Out of
state could cost $$$.
Some people may think that I have a biased view, but I only started working
for them in March as a consultant... :-)
Thanks!
