i don't have to remove the clutch fan because i'm only doing the crank
pulley. the only issue i have is running the throttle cable through... i'm
not sure where that goes, and does there have to be an adjustment made to
the cable?

the TB is a piece of cake. The underdrive pulley is to bad.
I put one on gary's truck. Wasn't bad just had trouble getting the nut of
the clutch fan. that's what 163,000 miles of rust will get you. but other
than that it was pretty easy. 1.8 hrs doesn't seem to long.
