I don't understand what the big deal here is, it's only a pulley swap. Lay
down on your back under the truck and unbolt the crank pulley (with the belt
off, duh) smack it with a mallet if it doesn't feel like moving, slide the
new one on and tighten 'er all up and reinstall the belt. There's no need
to remove clutch fans or anything else. The last time I did it was on my
blue oval and that's all it took, I for some reason can't fathom it being
more difficult than that - especially in a vehicle with WAY more clearance
in the engine bay.
