Mopar Magazine says that the 6.2 will put out the numbers that the SC 5.7 HEMI does (Based on the Magnum SRT-8 with the SC'd 5.7 HEMI). Man that would be sweet. Supposedly, the Magnum SRT-8 will debut with the 6.2 HEMI non-SC'd. Kinda hoping they'll do that for the Dodge Charger as well (if they make it). Sheesh, there I go dreaming again, gotta stop getting my hopes up like that.. :-)

Now Ken, why on EARTH would Daimler let Chrysler build cool cars? I
mean, c'mon!
I somehow doubt that it would be smart to put a 430 HP engine into a
relatively compact pickup. I mean, it would be super cool, but think of
what insurance would cost! The 5.7 HEMI would be sufficient if you ask
me, and it would blow away pretty much anything GM or Ford could put in
their compact trucks, short of a Z06's or Cobra's engine.
