Really? I've had mine for about 2 years now and have had zero problems with
it. Sub zero temps with snow ice to hot sand. I just clean the inside out
every now and then. Leaves and stuff sometimes get in there when the cover
opens up. I've had ice on it, and other than the ice dropping into the bed
as it opens, it didn't keep it from opening. It was kind of a bitch to
install correctly, but it looks and works great.
The guy I bought it from said that they had just started putting a better,
tougher coating on the cover when he ordered mine. There were some issues
from scratches I guess before that. He had one on his truck at the time and
I could see what he was talking about. So I was happy I was getting an
upgraded model. :)

Too bad someone doesn't make a cap that fits between the bedrails and roll
bar. :) Heck, even a soft top type would be cool. Easy to store that way
too! :) Hmmm, got me thinking now...maybe some snaps and some canvas with a
support bar or two....
