  Yikes - what a nightmare!!! And here I thought NY was strict! Remind
me never to move to DE! (Here I have been complaining about having
to put my stock intake on and bolt the cat back up.) :-)

  I don't know how it works there, but here in NY, as long as you have a
driver's and passenger's side mirrors, you don't need a rear window at
all. I wonder if these inspectors have ever seen a panel van? an RV? a
tractor trailer? a cube van? Buncha anal retentive do-gooders! I find
it hilarious that they are carping on a window decal and license plate
frame while completely overlooking the life threatening tire defect!
Morons. I guess it just reflects their real motives - collecting money!
