I am NOT that person! Although I imagine that brake cleaner is HIGHLY
flammable...smells awful, too...
I AM the guy who made the mistake of using orange RTV for the sealing the
covers back on, after my 2nd gear lube change @ 36K. By the time I got the
front case cover in the correct position (Damn breather hose), It really
looked like a Pumpkin!
1st & 3rd times I used black. Much less noticeable if you aren't too neat!
