Yes, they are a torque to yield. According to the FSM, you can
re-use them once. (They recommend putting a dab of paint on the head
if you re-use them, thus an engine that has head bolts without paint
can be re-used, if they have paint on them, time to throw them away.)
As others have mentioned, although the FSM says they can be
used twice, most folks consider getting a new set cheap insurance.
I guess its just a decision you have to make for yourself, wether
the $50 or so for a new set (or whatever they are going for these
days) is worth the potential risk and subsequent hassle of having
to extract a broken bolt.
Myself, I might re-use them once on a low miles, stock engine
but on a performance engine I would spring for a new set.
