Remove drink holder clips

Ok, I posted this recently, but never saw it go though. SO, I will ask
again.

Basicly, one of Debs nephews spilt KoolAid in the drink holder/compartment
on the floor. We wanted to know if there was a way to remove the arms (that
hold the drinks) and not break them. This is on a 2001 Dakota.
