Yup...you should see all of the Dakota and Durango headlamp housings we
change. Simple fix would be to drill a hole and mount a rubber hose for
a good vent system (other manufacturers do this already on the sealed
housings).

The headlamp can get moisture built up on the inside of the lens that
you can see and doesn't evaporate. Look at some late 80's honda lamps,
they usually do it.
