got a question for y'all, should i upgrade my manifold next, or get some
headers for the truck? i'm working on a deal to get a manifold core to get
it ported out, and match some FMS 19lbs injectors on it, or i could get the
MP V6 headers (for the pre-mags) for $130, then send them to get ceramic
coated. what do you think would be the logical next move? i've already got
the V8 TB, underdrive pulley, CAI, 3.90 gears, and a cat-back.
also, does anyone have some definite proof that these headers work? i know
Bernd posted that they worked, but has anyone tried it? i would hate to
spend the money to get them and then powdercoat them, and then they not fit.
also, i'll have to get a new Y-pipe made for the long-tube headers, so is
all this worth it, of should i just go for the ported manifold? thanks!
