Go for the headers first... they'll help you the most.

I would wait on the ported intake untill you worked your way up to doing a
cam upgrade and ported heads. Then and only then will youll see any gains.
I put a ported manifold on mine, with stock heads & cam, and lost some low
end torque. If I ever get off my duff and put my cam & heads on, i'll gain
quite a bit. But untill then it seems like all my other mods are
non-existant.
