Further research reveals...

The only two brand/model combos I've found for a 2000 Quad Cab 4x4 are the
Tenneco/Rancho RS9000X and the Edelbrock IAS.

The Tenneco/Monroe Reflex are not available for the Quad Cab 4x4,
unfortunately.

Time to compare prices...
