Do not be discouraged..They DO exist, they just aren't properly
cataloged... Look up the part numbers for the ones they can find, and
then cross reference that mfr part # to other mfr part #'s 'til you find
the equivialnt Monroe number.

The only two brand/model combos I've found for a 2000 Quad Cab 4x4 are
the
Tenneco/Rancho RS9000X and the Edelbrock IAS.
The Tenneco/Monroe Reflex are not available for the Quad Cab 4x4,
unfortunately.
Time to compare prices...
